COCAT announces new investment partner

DENVER, November 16, 2006 – COCAT LLC, one of the largest regional General Contractors specializing in disaster restoration services, announced today the closing of an investment by Progress Equity Partners Ltd. Progress Equity Partners joined with COCAT CEO Trevor Martin to recapitalize the company and to provide capital for expansion and growth.
