New Identity
DENVER,
CO (May 18, 2005) – Denver based COCAT, LLC., a leader
in the property restoration & reconstruction industry, announced
the expansion of its geographical market area, and the launch of
a new division. On May 2, 2005 COCAT opened its doors to a new regional
office in Johnstown, CO. The new office will service clients in
Ft. Collins, Longmont, Greeley, Loveland and the surrounding areas.
“The northern region of Colorado is underserved by our industry,”
says Trevor Martin, CEO of COCAT. “COCAT will be able to utilize
its resources and expertise to establish a strong presence in the
Northern Colorado market. Response time is paramount to our customers,
and the establishment of the northern office will expedite our response
time in the northern cities by over 65%, and allow us to service
clients that were previously out of reach.”
In addition to expanding its market area, COCAT also announced enhancements
to its service offerings. As of April, 2005, COCAT now offers renovation
and remodeling services including tenant finish, general contracting,
and capital improvements for all types of commercial and residential
properties. “This expansion of our services is part of our
ongoing efforts to provide a complete package of services for our
growing base of customers,” says Martin.
As part of this continued growth pattern for COCAT, the company
has also added to its ranks. Rodell Guest, Rob Derrera & Mike
Sparks have recently joined COCAT as Project Managers. Guest has
over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, as an adjuster
for American Family and Travelers Insurance; Derrera has over ten
years of experience in the restoration industry, and Sparks has
over four. Cory Braesch, current General Manager in the Denver office,
will be transferring to Johnstown to manage the northern office;
and a new General Manager will fill his position in the Denver office.
Katie Mueller joined COCAT’s business development team with
a strong background in marketing & sales; and Marianne Sparks
recently joined COCAT as Customer Care Supervisor. Martin says that
